Steam Chamber (LLC) is comprised of multidisciplinary artist couple Daniel Ostrov and Stephanie Cole. After meeting in Philadelphia in 2011, the pair began working together, collaborating on several successful commissions and residencies, eventually forming an official partnership in 2015.
